VRIOM

This Shipping, Delivery, Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by VRIOM ENTERPRISES and forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

By placing an order on our website, marketplace listing, WhatsApp, or any other authorized sales channel, you agree to this Policy.

2. Pricing Transparency (GST & Shipping)

2.1 All prices displayed for products are inclusive of:

  • Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), and

  • Standard shipping charges across India.

2.2 The price displayed at checkout shall be the final payable amount. No hidden charges shall be levied after order confirmation, except where expressly agreed by the customer.

2.3 Tax invoices compliant with GST regulations will be issued with the shipment.


3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

3.1 Shipping Coverage

We deliver across serviceable PIN codes in India. Delivery is subject to service availability of our logistics partners.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for non-serviceable locations with full refund of the paid amount.


3.2 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing may be delayed in case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.


3.3 Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping PIN code:

  • Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 working days

  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 working days

These are estimated timelines and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.


3.4 Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Government orders or restrictions

  • Transport disruptions

  • Strikes

  • Courier partner delays

  • Events beyond reasonable control

VRIOM shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events.


3.5 Risk & Title Transfer

Risk in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery at the shipping address provided.

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package is visibly damaged or tampered:

  • Refuse delivery, or

  • Record unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

4.2 Cancellation by VRIOM

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Fraud suspicion

  • Incomplete customer details

  • Non-serviceable delivery location

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.


5. Return Policy

In compliance with Indian consumer protection laws:

5.1 Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is defective or damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

The product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and invoice


5.2 Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns shall not be accepted in case of:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery

  • Mishandling or improper use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Installation-related damage not performed by authorized personnel

  • Absence of original packaging


6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Approval

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • Product inspection and verification by our quality team

  • Confirmation of eligibility under this Policy

6.2 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days:

  • For prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method.

As shipping charges are already included in product pricing, no separate shipping refund shall apply unless the return is due to an error attributable to VRIOM.


7. Exchange Policy

Replacement may be offered instead of refund in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Transit damage

  • Wrong product delivery

Replacement shall be subject to stock availability.


8. Customer Obligations

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate shipping details

  • Provide valid contact information

  • Cooperate in reverse pickup process (if applicable)

Failure to comply may result in rejection of return/refund claim.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, VRIOM’s liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of delivery delays or product use.


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Warranty shall not cover:
  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation

  • Physical damage, cracks, or breakage

  • Overloading, overheating due to improper use

  • Damage caused by voltage fluctuations or external electrical faults

  • Wear and tear of plastic parts, couplers, blades, rubber components

  • Commercial or industrial use of the product

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications


12. Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy is issued by VRIOM, having its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and is governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws.

12.1 Warranty Coverage

12.1.1 VRIOM mixer grinders are covered under a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of purchase as mentioned on the original invoice.

12.1.2 Standard Warranty Coverage:

  • Motor: APPLICABLE AS PER YOUR MODEL - No warranty /3 month warranty / 6 months warranty / 12 months / 24 months / 36 months

  • Product (including body & electrical components):NO WARRANTY - AS WARRANTY IS ONLY ON MOTOR. 

  • Jars & Accessories: Only against manufacturing defects only. 


12.1.3 The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical faults under normal household use

  • Motor malfunction due to internal defects


12.2 Warranty Conditions

The warranty shall be valid only if:

  • The product is used responsibly and there is no damage due to power fluctuation or any external reason. 

  • The original invoice and warranty card is produced

  • The product has not been tampered with

  • Repairs are carried out only by authorized VRIOM service personnel and product seal is intact. 


12.3 Exclusions from Warranty

Warranty shall not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation

  • Physical damage, cracks, or breakage

  • Overloading, overheating due to improper use

  • Damage caused by voltage fluctuations or external electrical faults

  • Wear and tear of plastic parts, couplers, blades, rubber components

  • Commercial or industrial use of the product

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications or tampering of seal at the bottom of the mixer. 


12.4 Service Procedure

12.4.1 Customers must contact VRIOM customer support via:

12.4.2 Customers may be required to:

  • Share invoice copy / Warranty card copy.

  • Provide product images or videos

  • Share serial number details

12.4.3 Depending on the issue, VRIOM may:

  • Arrange doorstep service (subject to serviceable location)

  • Request product to be sent to authorized service center

  • Provide replacement of defective part

  • Replace product (in rare cases where repair is not feasible)


12.5 Repair or Replacement

  • Warranty obligations are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.

  • Replaced parts shall become the property of VRIOM.

  • Replacement product (if issued) shall be covered under the remaining original warranty period.


12.6 Out-of-Warranty Service

After expiry of warranty:

  • Service and spare parts will be chargeable.

  • Customer will be informed of service cost before proceeding with repairs.


12.7 Limitation of Warranty Liability

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only.

VRIOM shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of food materials

  • Commercial losses

  • Any incidental damage arising from product usage

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.


12.8 Jurisdiction

All warranty-related disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
