Warranty card of company duly signed, stamped and dated by the dealer from where Mixer is bought, Invoice copy or Bill.

Mixer Motor will be repaired under warranty. Distributors outside Mumbai are requested to keep extra spares with them for repairs. Within Mumbai service will be provided by company within 3 days of complain (excluding public holidays and Sunday).

Only Motor is covered under warranty. Except in cases where motor is damaged by water or any liquid due to any reasons, such motors will not be covered under warranty.

Your Mixer Grinder is fitted with a overload protector. It prevents the motor from overloading by switching off power supply to motor whenever the jars are overloaded. In such case, pin of the circuit Breaker will come out around (4-5mm). Turn the switch back to ’0' position & switch off the power supply. Remove the excess ingredients from the jar, wait for 2-3 minutes allowing the motor to cool down. Then press overload switch and restart the mixer.

Cleaning the jar, plays an important role in the performance of the jar. While grinding, food particles / water collected under the blade's hexagonal nut may gradually trickle onto the spindle. These food particles get deposited over a period of time, and then ultimately obstruct the spindle from rotating freely. If the jar are cleaned & maintained as mentioned, chances of spindle jamming could be greatly reduced. The following care should be taken especially while mixing/grinding acidic substances. After every use, remove the blade and clean the jar and gasket to avoid deposition of food particles under the rubber gaskets/blades. Wipe them dry and store in inverted position. Water sticking to the spindle trickles back into the jar and gets dried. • Dry the jars in air. This will free them of existing food odours and keep them ready for future use. Do not leave the blades fixed in the jar. • Care should be taken while cleaning the blades, don’t rub with fingers/cloth. Always clean under running water. • Once in a fortnight, allow few drops of coconut oil or cooking oil to trickle on the spindle. To do this invert the grinder jar, trickle the oil between the jar coupler and the spindle, rotate the jar coupler by hand. This will make the spindle rotate freely. • To clean the jars, pour in small quantity of warm water with little liquid soap and then run the Mixer grinder with one of the blade on. Any food particles sticking below the steel cap will be dislodged and cleaned out. Remove the jar from the base. Unscrew the blade and wash the blades, rubber gasket, dome lids and jar under running water. • Clean the base unit and wire cord with a damp cloth. A mild nonabrasive cleaner, followed by a soft cloth can be used to remove stains.

Before starting the motor for the first time or after prolonged storage, please rotate the plastic coupling fitted on the motor shaft by hand to ensure that the shaft is free. Connect the Mixer to the mains and run it at speed 1(low) for a few seconds only to check if the motor is working. Before placing the Stainless Steel jar on the base unit, rotate the jar shaft to ensure that it turns smoothly. The rubber gasket should be fitted on the edge of the dome or flat lid before covering the jar, in case you need to add ingredients into the wet grinding jar, you can do so without removing the dome lid & switching off the motor. Just remove the dome lid cap, add the ingredients and replace the dome lid cap and continue. To start the mixer, operate the incher first for a short span of time, and then switch over to speed 1 for a few seconds before switching to the desired speed. When mixer is operating, check every 45 seconds to ensure that the ingredients inside are mixed well, stop the mixer, stir the contents with the spatula and restart.

Before first Use: -Remove all packaging material. -Wash all washable parts - S. S. Jars, Lids & Blades. -Clean main unit with a soft damp cloth. -Carefully read the product manual / warranty card.
